Why was a new building built for the Boston Pizza restaurant, at 50 Market St. South, in Brantford. Ontario

when there exists two abandoned restaurants a block away?  We are referring to the former Ironhorse Steak House, at 60 Market St. South

and the former Shoeless Joe’s restaurant, at 7 Erie Ave.

A true commitment to getting rid of brown, grey, purple, blue, or orange fields (whichever colour is the current flavour of the month) starts with exhausting every possibility to bring a vacant property back to life.
