Municipal election primer: Will city’s land purchase of 6719 acres fix current roads? Part 8

When you go to the polling station tomorrow you may find a skill-testing question on the ballot to ensure you, as a voter, are of sound mind and issues aware.  It’s rumoured the question on Brantford, Ontario ballots will ask:  how many cracks are there in the pavement on Dalhousie St?

The following section adjacent to Harmony Square was resurfaced not that long ago.  Note the cracks.  This begs the question:  was subpar asphalt used here?
